That isn't to say you can't do it. They do have the options to eat healthy foods such as salads and lean proteins. For me, my ultimate goal is to come home and not have gained weight. I've been in the gym twice a day which has included Yoga and sitting in the luxurious hot sauna. This is fun to me...believe it or not.
I wasn't always able to say this. I did this same cruise over 10 years for my bachelor party and I can say it was almost the complete opposite experience (of what I remember). However, there is one commonality between the two trips. I was fat then and I'm fat now. The difference is that I'm now in my 40's and I regret treating my body as terrible as I did because it is taking twice as long to try to take off what I've put on.
I am committed to this journey. I am committed this weight loss. I'm committed to finish my goal; even on a cruise ship with all the dessert you can eat :(
